The creation and implementation of Exodus rest on the shoulders of the many women and men who were formerly incarcerated and tirelessly lent their creative energy to making certain "no one goes back".

          We want to remind our country that there are no throw away people and everyone deserves a second chance. For many, Exodus is that second chance. We believe in the individual and collective worth of the formerly incarcerated, the community and their families.
