After a hurricane or major flood event and you are on our registry list, we will contact you in order of the date in which you registered. If after the storm we are unable to contact you by phone or e-mail we will knock on your door. Of course you may call or

e-mail us to let us know if you need our services. If we are unable to respond to your location within 72 hours, you will be given a full refund of your registration fee.

By registering you are guaranteed that a State Licensed Roofer and General Contractor will respond to your residence or building after a hurricane or tropical storm to begin performing emergency repairs, if needed. Services performed by the contractor will be charged separately.

If you are affected, we will guide you on the procedures to mitigate further damage, repair the problems and get you property back to normal. Each case is different so we will visit you property, check for red flags and make those determinations. Steps taken in the first few hours after a hurricane or Tropical Storm are very important.

At the time of the inspection and depending on our findings, we will advise you on the steps that need to be taken.
